Panzanella Salad

Last night I made a Panzanella Salad fresh from my garden. Oh my goodness is was delicious. Here is the recipe I used:


1 Lemon Cucumber cut in to 1/2 dice



Big Ol' handful of cherry tomatoes, halved




Small handful of fresh basil, torn into pieces



Itty bitty mozzarella balls cut into quarters




1 Slice of french bread toasted, and cut in to 1 inch cubes




Sea Salt
Fresh ground pepper


1 Splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Splashes Balsamic Vinegar



Toss it all the together and Enjoy! Happy Summer!
